Opera is one of the world's most beautiful art forms - and the most expensive to produce. While Opera New Brunswick generates some income via ticket sales, corporate giving and government support, we need the help of our Friends so that we can keep bringing live opera to the people of New Brunswick. The Circle of Friends program provides an opportunity for members of the New Brunswick community to support Opera New Brunswick individually and enjoy the benefits and pride of membership.

Your membership supports day-to-day operations of Opera NB, fully-staged productions, concert productions, educational activities for both students and adults, and more. With your generosity, Opera New Brunswick is able to bring performances and other activities that enhance the cultural life of the province.

Planned Gifts are the 'ultimate' gifts - the most personal expression of commitment and support a donor can give to a not-for-profit organization. These types of gifts can be a major source of support for Opera New Brunswick and are a meaningful and cost-effective way to ensure long-term financial support.

An endowment is a permanent fund bestowed upon an individual or institution, to be used for a specific purpose. Permanent endowments are income-earning funds that benefit the charity in perpetuity. Donors' original gifts are never spent — only the earnings are used by the charity.
